Ouray is Parlee’s vision of the contemporary road bike: quicker off the line, steadier at speed, and designed for real-world conditions. It encourages longer routes and bigger ambitions without fatigue or compromise. A NEW ERA

Light, but not a lightweight

Building on the legacy created by its predecessors, the Z5 and Altum, Ouray ushers in a new era in Parlee road bikes. The sloping top tube and dropped stays add tuned compliance for all day comfort, while delivering improved lateral and torsional stiffness to carry speed effortlessly. A stable wheelbase keeps it grounded, while the monocoque carbon frame construction absorbs road chatter without dulling feedback.

Aerodynamically clean lines and purposeful shaping reduce drag and help you maintain momentum on long, exposed climbs and descents alike. The result: a road bike that is unmistakably quicker, lighter, and more capable than those that came before it.

With tire clearance up to 40 mm, you can run wider rubber for comfort, grip, or wintery conditions without compromising speed.

Designed by Parlee's legendary engineering team and then crafted by hand in Portugal, every Ouray frame is built with a precision carbon layup that leaves no extra weight behind. Each ply is carefully positioned so the frame doesn’t need filler, cosmetic layers, or bonding agents. Which means there’s nothing to hide.

Requiring the highest level of carbon fiber mastery and rarely undertaken by other manufacturers, this approach ensures the frame emerges from the mold with a flawless finish. That’s why we offer it in raw carbon with a subtle wax coating, letting the craftsmanship speak for itself. It also means there’s no worrying about paint chips, scratches, or other cosmetic blemishes.

Every frame is made one at a time, in small batches, then individually built to order at our US headquarters. Choose your frame size, then we'll use your measurements to pick fit elements that are a perfect match for your size and riding style. Pick a stock build and paint option, or choose your own - it's your bike after all.

Ouray ships by default in the raw carbon waxed finish with Holographic decals. With Parlee PaintLab, the opportunities for customizations are (almost) endless.
