Their in-house Dynamic Bike Fit service starts most new bike journeys with a dual-sided motion capture bike fit session. This, plus saddle pressure mapping, flexibility measurements, and a discussion of the rider's wants, needs, goals, and preferences helps them dial in not just the perfect fit, but also the perfect bike for every individual.

The fitter shares their customers' measurements when ordering the bike, and we deliver a complete CAD drawing showing optimal cockpit component selections, spacer quantities, seatpost height, and saddle position.
From there, Mad Duck's team of expert bike mechanics professionally builds each bike before Dynamic Bike Fit gives it a final tune to ensure the customer gets a bike that's "perfectly fit and perfectly built."
