Position:       Sales Coordinator                                                    Department:      Sales

Reports To:    Sales Manager                                                    

Position Purpose:

Service and sales support for the bike sales department.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Point person for customer service contact for phones and manages call routing.
  • Handles all service calls and warranty process.
  • Manages all consumer calls and Parlee Info emails.
  • Places orders for service parts for dealers and consumers.
  • Manages Direct to Consumer bike and parts sales via phone and email.
  • Handles all online Parlee Online store orders.
  • Assist with rep & dealer sales commitments, by maintaining a liaison with bike sales, credit, purchasing, & factory.
  • Provide support to Field Sales Reps for order entry and sales supplies.
  • Coordinate sales meetings functions and meeting materials.
  • Coordination of regional events and trade shows.
  • Develop & maintain sales reports, sales systems & forecasts as required.

Desired Qualifications:

In this position, candidate must be outgoing and demonstrate a high level of customer service.  The candidate will work as a part of the sales team, show initiative, follow-thru, and be able to work independently.  Excellent PC skills including menu-based systems ERP and CRM systems. Good knowledge Microsoft Office suite.  Requires 3+ years of customer service experience and bicycle knowledge.  Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred.
